19 Bangladeshis pushed back from India through Meherpur border

Nineteen Bangladeshi nationals, including nine children and five women, were pushed back from India through Sonapur Majhpara border in Meherpur’s Mujibnagar upazila. The group had illegally entered India seeking work and lived in Haryana state. They were detained by Indian authorities six-seven days ago, jailed in West Bengal’s Berhampore, then pushed back early today. Police have taken them into custody.READ FULL
