50 new High Court benches formed

Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed has established 50 new benches for the High Court division of the Supreme Court in Bangladesh. These benches, comprising 26 double and 24 single benches with specific jurisdictions, are set to begin regular judicial activities from August 18. The complete list of benches and their respective jurisdictions has been made available on the Supreme Court’s official website. This reorganization aims to streamline and enhance the efficiency of judicial proceedings in the High Court division. BSS
