6 fire service units battling Sundarbans blaze

A new fire has spread across half a kilometer in the Shaplar Beel area of Sundarbans, described as more intense than the previous Kolomteji blaze. Six firefighting units from Bagerhat and Khulna are working to control the scattered flames. Officials have created firebreaks and begun water spraying operations.
