Maldives bans  Israelis in show of support for Palestine

Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu has ratified an amendment to the Immigration Act banning Israeli passport holders from entering the country. The legislation passed parliament on April 15. The President’s Office stated this action reaffirms Maldives’ solidarity with Palestinians and commitment to promoting their rights.
