Cyclone Remal kills 16, snaps power links to millions in India, Bangladesh

Cyclone Remal lashed the coastlines of India and Bangladesh, killing at least 16 people and cutting power to millions before weakening. In Bangladesh, 10 people died while in India’s West Bengal state, the cyclone claimed 6 lives. The cyclone disrupted power supply as fallen trees and snapped lines hit electricity distribution.
