PM pays homage to Bangabandhu to mark diamond jubilee of AL

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina paid tribute to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on the 75th founding anniversary of the Awami League. She placed wreaths at Bangabandhu’s portrait in Dhanmondi, both personally and on behalf of the party. Hasina, along with party leaders, inaugurated the day’s events by hoisting flags and releasing pigeons.
