Abahani to appoint Spaniard Campesino as coach

Abahani, a top Bangladeshi football club, is set to appoint Mario Rivera Campesino as their new coach for the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League season. The 46-year-old Spaniard previously worked with East Bengal FC in India and the Brunei national team. Abahani’s acting director-in-charge, Kazi Nabil Ahmed, confirmed the decision, citing Rivera’s regional experience and qualifications.
