June export data release to be delayed

The release of June’s export data for Bangladesh has been delayed due to ongoing corrections to address a data mismatch between the Bangladesh Bank (BB) and Export Promotion Bureau (EPB). This follows the BB’s report that July-April export earnings for fiscal year 2023-24 were approximately $14 billion lower than EPB’s figures.
