KUET VC, Pro VC resigns

The Vice-Chancellor and Pro Vice-Chancellor of Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) have resigned, citing personal reasons and illness. Their resignation letters were emailed to the President, who serves as the chancellor of all universities. This follows student protests demanding their resignations, which were supported by faculty members. The outgoing VC appointed Prof Mohammad Mashud as acting VC before stepping down.
