Korean EPZ: A modern facility draped in greenery
The Korean Export Processing Zone (KEPZ) in Anowara, Bangladesh, is a unique private industrial area that combines manufacturing with environmental conservation. Covering 2,492 acres, it houses 48 industrial units, mainly owned by Youngone Corporation, producing garments and accessories for export. The zone has created 31,000 direct jobs and preserves 52% of its land as green space.
