Case filed over murder of Abu Sayed; ex-IGP among 17 accused

A murder case has been filed against 17 named individuals, including former IGP Abdullah Al Mamun, and 30-35 unidentified persons for the killing of Abu Sayed, a student at Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur.
