One gets life-term in drugs case in C’nawabganj

A court in Chapainawabganj, Bangladesh, has sentenced Monirul Islam, 54, to life imprisonment for drug smuggling. The case dates back to 2019 when Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) officers arrested Islam with 1.05 kg of heroin. The court also imposed a fine of 50,000 Taka. Another accused, Md.
