Rain forecast countrywide for next 24 hours; low pressure in Bay of Bengal

Bangladesh Meteorological Department forecasts light to moderate rain across the country, with heavier rainfall expected in Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Sylhet divisions over the next 24 hours. A low-pressure area has formed over the Bay of Bengal, and the monsoon is active over Bangladesh. The highest rainfall of 76mm was recorded in Nilphamari’s Dimla, while Dhaka experienced 11mm.
