Rab arrests ex-DMP chief Asaduzzaman

Former Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner Asaduzzaman Mia was arrested by the Rapid Action Battalion in Mohakhali, Dhaka. He was wanted in a case filed at Khilgaon Police Station related to the 2015 death of Nuruzzaman Jony, a Chhatra Dal leader, in police custody. The case, filed on September 3, implicates 13 current and former police officers.
