Fire breaks out at jhut warehouse in Gazipur

A fire broke out at a jhut (textile waste) warehouse near a second-hand goods market in Rangila Bazar, Sreepur upazila, Gazipur. The blaze started around 1:15pm and was still burning at 3:20pm. Two units from Sreepur Fire Service are working to extinguish the fire. Locals reported seeing flames and smoke before alerting authorities. The cause of the fire and extent of damage are yet to be determined. Efforts to control the blaze are ongoing.READ FULL
