VIP services for remittance senders at airports soon
Bangladesh’s Ministry of Expatriate Welfare plans to offer VIP-like services to remittance senders at airports, excluding lounge access. Adviser Dr Asif Nazrul announced this initiative, initially targeting Middle Eastern workers, with plans to expand to European workers later. The services will include assistance with luggage, check-in, and immigration processes. An expatriate welfare desk will be established to guide workers through airport procedures.
