Light to moderate rain likely over different parts of country

Bangladesh’s Meteorological Department forecasts light to moderate rain or thundershowers with gusty winds across various regions. Rangpur division may experience widespread rain, while other areas might see scattered showers. The monsoon trough is active over Bangladesh and moderate over the North Bay. Temperatures are expected to rise by 1-3°C. The highest temperature recorded was 33.0°C at Sitakunda and Kutubdia, while the lowest was 23.4°C at Tetulia.
