Aamir released from Pakistan squad for Bangladesh Tests

Pakistan has released fast bowler Aamir Jamal from their Test squad for the upcoming series against Bangladesh due to his ongoing recovery from a back injury. Jamal has been advised to continue his rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy in Lahore. This follows the earlier release of leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed and batter Kamran Ghulam, reducing the squad to 14 members. The first Test between Bangladesh and Pakistan is scheduled to begin on August 21 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
