Bangladeshi journos use AI personally, newsrooms lag behind: survey

A recent survey reveals that while 51% of Bangladeshi journalists personally use AI tools, only 20% of newsrooms have institutional AI integration. ChatGPT leads with 78% usage among AI tools, followed by Grammarly and Google Translate. The study, “Media Metamorphosis: AI and Bangladeshi Newsrooms 2024,” surveyed 53 journalists from 25 news outlets.
