Bangladeshi shot dead by BSF in Cumilla

A 50-year-old Bangladeshi man, Md Anwar Hossain from Cumilla’s Burichang upazila, was shot dead by Indian Border Security Force (BSF) along the Jamtala border while allegedly trying to enter India to bring sugar. His body is still lying in Indian territory, and authorities are working to retrieve it and hand it over to his family after completing necessary formalities with BSF. Photo: Star
