BMD: Light to moderate rain likely across Bangladesh

The Bangladesh Meteorological Department forecasts light to moderate rain across the country in the next 24 hours from Thursday 9am. Rajshahi, Dhaka, and Sylhet divisions will experience widespread showers, while other divisions will see scattered rainfall. The monsoon trough extends through central Bangladesh, with temperatures ranging from 23°C in Chuadanga to 35.3°C in Khepupara. Khumarkhali recorded the highest rainfall at 54mm.
