Chinese medical team arrives in Dhaka

A Chinese National Emergency Medical Team has arrived in Dhaka to treat people injured during the July-August mass upsurge in Bangladesh. The team, comprising experts from West China Hospital, was welcomed by Chinese Ambassador Yao Wen and health official Sheikh Sayidul Haque. Invited by the interim government, this is the first foreign medical team to arrive since its establishment.
