DMP files 1131 cases, fines Tk 47 lakh for traffic violations

Dhaka Metropolitan Police’s Traffic Division filed 1,131 cases and collected Tk 47,12,500 in fines on October 14 for traffic rule violations. During the operation, 223 vehicles were impounded and 68 were towed. DMP Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Talebur Rahman stated that these drives will continue to maintain discipline on Dhaka’s streets.
