Egypt invites CA Prof Yunus to attend D-8 Summit this year

Egypt has invited Bangladesh’s Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus to attend the upcoming D-8 Summit in 2024. Egyptian Ambassador Omar Mohie Eldin Ahmed Fahmy conveyed the invitation during a meeting with Foreign Affairs Adviser Md Touhid Hossain. The diplomats discussed strengthening bilateral relations as both countries prepare to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic ties. They identified agriculture, petrochemicals, textiles, and shipping as key areas for cooperation.READ FULL
