El Kaabi strikes late to give Olympiakos Europa Conference League glory

Olympiakos became the first Greek club to win a European title, defeating Fiorentina 1-0 in the Europa Conference League final after extra time. Moroccan striker Ayoub El Kaabi scored the winning goal in the 116th minute to make history for the Greek side. Despite Fiorentina’s chances, Olympiakos held on to clinch the victory in the final played at the home of their rivals AEK Athens. PHOTO: AFP
