Ex-state minister AB Tajul on 9-day remand in case filed against BNP men

Former state minister AB Tajul Islam was remanded for nine days in Brahmanbaria for allegedly assaulting policemen in 2022. He was arrested in Dhaka as an unnamed accused in a case filed by Bancharampur Police Station against BNP leaders. The case stems from a 2022 clash where a Chhatra Dal leader was killed.
