Hindu community in Ctg wants speedy trial tribunal, minority ministry
Hindu community leaders in Chattogram, Bangladesh, rallied to demand a speedy trial tribunal for minority persecution cases and the establishment of a Minority Affairs Ministry. Their eight-point demands include compensation for victims, enactment of a Minority Protection Law, and reserved seats for minorities. They also called for upgrading religious welfare trusts to foundations, implementing the Vested Property Return Act, and allocating prayer spaces in educational institutions.
