How a dolphin first inspired Paralympic champion Challis

British swimmer Ellie Challis, 20, won gold in the women’s 50m backstroke S3 at the Paralympics in Paris. Inspired by a dolphin named Winter, Challis overcame the loss of her limbs to meningitis as a child to become a champion swimmer.
