Italian Film Festival honours Bangladeshi film ‘Mayna’

Bangladeshi film “Mayna” has won a Special Mention Feature Film Award at the Gulf of Naples Independent Film Festival in Italy. Directed by Monjurul Islam Megh and produced by Alimullah Khokon, it was the only Asian film in the competition. The film has previously won awards in London and will participate in a Korean festival in August. “Mayna” is set for release in Bangladesh this September, featuring a star-studded cast including Raj Ripa and Kayes Arju.
