Matiur and family barred from travelling abroad

A Dhaka court has issued a travel ban on former National Board of Revenue member Matiur Rahman, his wife Laila Kaniz Lucky, and son Ahmed Taufiqur Rahman Arnob. The Anti-Corruption Commission requested the ban, citing corruption allegations and concerns about potential money laundering.
