More than 3,600 food packaging chemicals found in human bodies

A new study found that over 3,600 chemicals used in food packaging have been detected in human bodies, with about 100 considered highly concerning for health. These include known hazardous substances like PFAS and bisphenol A, as well as less-studied chemicals.
