Nepali becomes youngest to climb world’s 8,000m peaks

Eighteen-year-old Nepali mountaineer Nima Rinji Sherpa has become the youngest person to climb all fourteen 8,000-meter peaks after summiting Tibet’s Shisha Pangma. Coming from a family of record-holding mountaineers, he began high-altitude climbing at 16 and completed his final summit Wednesday morning.
