By Redoy K

Power supply from a unit of the Adani power plant in Jharkhand, India resumed today after a 60-hour disruption due to technical issues. The 1,496-megawatt coal-fired plant, which halted operations on Friday due to a valve leak, is now producing over 500 megawatts. Bangladesh Power Development Board spokesperson Shameem Hasan confirmed the resumption at 7:45am. Another unit of the plant is undergoing maintenance and is expected to restart this week.
