Prof Yunus to be chief adviser of interim govt’

Student leaders of the Anti-Discriminatory Student Movement have proposed Nobel Laureate Dr. Mohammad Yunus as chief advisor of an interim government in response to ongoing unrest. They claim Dr. Yunus has consented to the role. The students demand immediate formation of this government to address violence and protect minorities. They plan to announce other members soon and urge citizens to take to the streets to support their cause and safeguard public property. Daily Star
