RMG workers block Dhaka-Mymensingh highway demanding Eid bonus

Around 300 ready-made garment factory workers blocked the Dhaka-Mymensingh highway in Gazipur this morning, demanding Eid-ul-Fitr bonuses and other benefits. Their 14-point demands include overtime pay, maternity leave, night and meal allowances, minimum salary of Tk 12,500, and job security.
