Russia, Ukraine swap 190 POWs: ministry

Russia and Ukraine conducted a prisoner swap involving 95 soldiers from each side, mediated by UAE. The exchange included Ukrainian rights activist Maksym Butkevych, who was serving a 13-year sentence. Additionally, Ukraine received bodies of 501 fallen soldiers, while Russia received 89 bodies.
