Scotland cruise to seven-wicket victory over Oman

Scotland boosted their chances of qualifying for the T20 World Cup second round by thrashing Oman by seven wickets in Antigua. Brandon McMullen’s unbeaten 61 off 31 balls guided Scotland’s successful chase of 151 with nearly seven overs remaining. Opener George Munsey made 41 as Scotland topped Group B. Oman’s Pratik Athavale scored 54 but their total of 150-7 proved inadequate against Scotland’s clinical batting display. Scotland now face Australia in their final group game. Photo: Facebook
