Teen gang leader’s torture cell in Chattogram

A “torture cell” run by former Chhatra League leader Golam Rasul’s teen gang has been discovered in Chattogram’s Akbar Shah area. Located on the ground floor of an under-construction building, the enclosed space was used to torture locals who defied Rasul’s extortion demands. Despite multiple cases against Rasul, including the recent murder of a dentist, police claimed being unaware of the torture cell’s existence.
