Train passenger punched to death following feud over window seat

A 42-year-old garment worker, Jhumor Kanti Baul, was killed after being punched by another passenger, Monjur Mia, 55, over taking a window seat in a Dhaka-bound train at Narsingdi Railway Station on Thursday morning. An altercation ensued when Jhumor tried to occupy the window seat after the previous passenger disembarked. During the argument, Monjur attacked Jhumor, leaving him critically injured.
