Uncertainty looms over HSC exams

The HSC and equivalent exams in Bangladesh face uncertainty after attacks on locations storing question papers following Sheikh Hasina’s resignation. Many papers were destroyed, necessitating new sets. Exam centers were also damaged. Education officials are assessing the extent of the damage and whether exams can proceed as scheduled. The education ministry estimates it may take at least a month to begin the exams, which were previously postponed due to quota reform protests.
