US charges Iranian man in plot to kill Donald Trump

The US Justice Department has charged Iranian national Farhad Shakeri (51) for allegedly plotting to assassinate Donald Trump on IRGC’s orders. Two New York residents, Carlisle Rivera and Loadholt, were also charged for helping Shakeri target an Iranian-American activist, believed to be Masih Alinejad. Shakeri, currently believed to be in Iran, was tasked with the assassination plan on October 7, 2024. Rivera and Loadholt remain in custody awaiting trial.READ FULL
