World’s largest private firms fail to set climate targets: report

Only 40 of the world’s 100 largest private firms have set net-zero carbon emissions targets, lagging behind public companies, according to a report by Net Zero Tracker. The lack of market pressure and regulation is cited as the reason for the slow uptake.
